You want an exemple to illustrate our comitment to customer satisfaction ? : One of our customer in the transformer windings temperature monitoring was installing a large number of our T2 temperature probes. Because of the busy environment and light conditions, he told us that the probes, which were natural color, were not visible enough... From that moment, Neoptix have worked with the supplier of the probes outer PTFE Teflon to develop a new color that is specifically adapted to the transformer manufacturing conditions. The result is a new bright orange color that really make the probes highly visible on the manufacturing floor.
