What about quality management and ISO certification?

First, we must say that quality and continuous improvement processes are top priority at Neoptix. We are driven by ISO 9000 v2000-equivalent manufacturing management processes. Why not getting the official certification? First because the ISO certification is not necessarily a guarantee for quality and, moreover, we prefer using the extravagant cost and all the energy given to the certification process, to provide you with continuously improved products, new solutions and cost-oriented products.

Part of our Quality System, items are tracked and monitored in each step along the manufacturing process. All systems and probes must comply with stringent quality controls before being shipped out to customers.

Yes, we have the intention of being certified for marketing reasons but we do not see it has a panacea and do not expect to deviate much from our actual efficient managerial processes. Neoptix is a fast paced, agile and imaginative company and we like it that way!
