Neoptix designs and manufactures fiber optic temperature sensors for manual and automated measurements for power transformer windings temperature monitoring and for laboratory, industrial, medical applications. These systems are used in many fields of applications, in particular the temperature measurement in high voltage and microwave/RF applications.
Neoptix has fully and legally acquired the rights, the technology and the know-how to manufacture and commercialize all of Nortech-Fibronic, Inc. optical temperature systems with the exception of the Sentinel signal conditioner. Systems formely manufactured and sold by Nortech-Fibronic, Inc. includes the HandyFlex, the Reflex and the Multiplex.
Moreover, Neoptix is massively investing time and ressources to improve actual products and to add new products that intended to fulfill specific customer needs.

Neoptix has ISO-equivalent manufacturing management processes. Why not getting the certification? First because the ISO certification is not a guarantee to quality and, we prefer using the extravagent cost and all the energy given to the certification process, to provide you with continously improved products, new solutions and cost-oriented products.

An example of this commitment is our "48 Hours Turn-around Policy", which is an undertaking that an equipment under warranty that is returned to Neoptix for servicing, will be returned within 2 business days, whatever the reason, even if the product has been accidentally damaged.
Our products are sold internationally through direct sales our through our extended network of distributors and representatives.
We are accepting usual international methods of payments such as Wire Transfert, Bank Draft or Letter of Credit. We are also accepting payments made by VISA and MasterCard credits cards.
